Our coaching is usually provided as personal one-on-one coaching programs as the benefits are faster and greater,
however we can also coach small groups of 2 or 3 people if required (prices differ from personal sessions).

Integrative Swim Coaching

Whether you are a beginner in the water, a highly experienced swimmer, or a triathlete, Integrative Swimming Coaching with Pablo Steinman - a highly experienced Swimming Coach - will help you:

• Feel at ease and confident in the water through mindfulness and mental calmness
• Develop effortless and seamless breathing skills.
• Swim further and faster - while using less energy and conserving both momentum and power
• Learn how to streamline your body and adapt it to the form and movement of aquatic mammals to limit any water resistance/drag
• Enjoy every stroke and improve continuously
• Swim free of injury or pain

Sports Self-Empowerment Coaching

Our Sports Self-Empowerment coaching/training is designed for high performance athletes, and is based on our Integrative Life & Fitness Coaching method.

Through our Sports Self-Empowerment coaching you will:
• Improve your performance when under pressure
• Reduce and manage stress, anxiety and fear
• Increase focus and reduce distraction
• Reduce the impact of mental fatigue in training and competition
• Learn how to increase & maintain motivation and commitment over a long period of time
• Develop a winner’s mindset

Our coach will design a program specifically for you, and work with you on critical areas, key to the success of an athlete - mindfulness, awareness, mental focus, and emotional intelligence – to assist you in reaching your optimal performance and goals.
